Elizabeth earned her M.A. in Music Education and her B.M. in Commercial Music: Songwriting from Liberty University. She was a member of her university’s a cappella choir, SHINE, and the innovative commercial music recording ensemble.
She has experience educating university students, teaching music workshops and private lessons to elementary through high school students, recording, performing, and leading diverse worship teams. Elizabeth aims to make learning meaningful and relevant by focusing on student goals and interests and encouraging personal expression through music, ensuring the enjoyment and success of all students. She specializes in piano, voice, songwriting, and music production.
Outside of teaching, Elizabeth is a songwriter, music artist, producer, mixing engineer, worship leader, and music director for children’s and youth theater programs.
